Plume Pinot Noir

Sourced from Chalices Eyrie Vineyard, the fruit quality was spectacular, meaning little intervention was required. No fining and no filtration. Gently aromatic, with notes of dark fruit, herbs and spice. In the mouth, a vibrant core of red berries and cherry, with hints of pepper and an underlying earthiness. Silky and textural, with fresh, lithe tannins and lovely balance.
