Robertson Pinot Gris

A triumphant wine amidst diversity. Crafted from the 2023 vintage in Hawkes Bay, this is a return to the off dry (5g/l residual sugar) styles that many of our regular customers have loved from Brookfields in the past. A generous aromatic profile full of ripe pears, peaches, lychees and a touch of ginger jumps out of the glass. On the palate this is vivacious and aromatic palate with lively acidity. Delicate notes of pear and honeysuckle lead to a finish that is Alsatian inspired. Sadly, theres just not allot of the 2023 vintage, jump in whilst it is available.
