Mr Henry is one demanding customer. He blows into the winery like a whirlwind of Pinot Passion. His not-so-subtle brief for this vintage echoes around our 118-year-old barrel hall: “The last one was amazing - this better be as bloody good, if not better!”

Not to worry Paul, we’ve got the goods for you this year. We taste through some Bannockburn: tick. We taste some Northburn: tick; and then some Gibbston: tick, tick. “...Well done boys, looks sharp…” and off Paul rides into the sunset.
