The AOC Cotes de Provence is awash with sunshine, fresh tomatoes, olives, herbs and superb wines, and it is the sensational pale-hued roses that the area is known for. Nestled on the Mediterranean coast, Chateau Leoube is certified organic and follows biodynamic principles, producing superbly subtle and elegant roses. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, with a touch of Syrah and Mourvedre. Quintessential Cotes de Provence rose. Very pale, perfumed, floral, peachy aromas. Quite ripe fruit. Creamy body with lovely saline minerality. Pretty, delicate floral, roses with crisp red fruit. Delicate, elegant, very drinkable.
