Ingredients 30mls De Kuyper Elderflower Liqueur, 25 mls sugar syrup, 25 mls lime juice, Tosti Prosecco and fresh Gooseberries.
Method: Use fresh Gooseberries if you can, or from a can. You can also leave them out. Put the gooseberries and the sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker or large jam jar with a lid. Using the end of a muddlying stick or a rolling pin, squish the gooseberries and sugar together. Add lemon juice, Elderflower cordial and a handful of ice. Put the lid on and shake well. Strain into a glass and top up with Tosti Prosecco. Stir gently before serving.

Ingredients 25mls De Kuyper Watermelon, 50mls Flor De Cana Extra Secco 4Yo, 10mls Master Of Mixes Lime Juice. Fresh Watermelon is used in this cocktail. It can be made without.
Method: If you have a blender suitable for crushing ice, use ice to prepare this. As an alternative, put the watermelon flesh in the freezer for a few hours and leave out the ice. Put a handful of ice in a blender if using, along with the rum, watermelon liqueur, lime juice and watermelon flesh. Blitz until just all blended together.
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour over the daiquiri. If you love watermelo, garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
