A full 15 years in a 1st fill Spanish oak sherry butt have afforded one of the darkest whiskies to ever pass through our sample room. A flawless example of a very particular style, that will be perfect in the eyes of many. Sticky raisin, tangy orange and crystallised ginger. Muscovado sugar, black liquorice and maraschino cherry. Prolonged with refined notes of charcuterie, leather and tobacco.
