You’ll be guided through the distillery’s expressions and the philosophy behind them, what makes Waiheke tick, and what is the future of Waiheke’s whisky? Waiheke is helping define the New Zealand flavour profile, shaped by an “island in the Pacific”, volcanic water, maritime air, local casks, New Zealand peated barley and a warmer maturation climate to create coastal spirits that balance both New and Old World characteristics. Featuring their latest releases, both peated and non-peated expressions, Mark will also bring an exclusive bottling of a surprise dram as a first taste of the future.
