One whisky, four barrels. It shouldnt work, but it does. The result is a very special, very limited release. Fewer than 250 bottles were made. This single malt whisky, matured in a combination of Chardonnay, Port, Apera and Muscat casks, presents a rich dark red gold hue that hints at its depth and layered character. On the nose, it opens with sweet floral aromas accented by spice, red fruits, and soft notes of caramel and vanilla, creating an inviting and aromatic bouquet. The palate is dense and indulgent, bursting with flavours of Christmas cake, cloves, cinnamon, and dried fruits, offering a bold yet refined sweetness.
