From a batch of just 8,460 bottles, 29 ex-Bourbon casks (aged for three years) were carefully re-racked into ex-Sauternes barriques for an additional three and a half years, resulting in a whisky of extraordinary character. Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered, and natural in colour (as with all of our whiskies), this release wont be collecting dust on shelves.
