What we couldnt fit in is that the premium quality European oak finishing cask was seasoned for 3 years prior to filling. Cherry and marzipan cake, sultana and raspberry coulis. Spiced bramble, dark chocolate and fresh Javan coffee. Rich, sticky date and raisin pudding, with a demerara caramel glaze.
