We have previously featured their Baltos, made from the Menciá grape, which collected 90 points from Parker and Spectator, so get this into the Cordoba quick smart; you’d be a fool to bustle your burro on by. Godello is the variety; with the viticulturists dropping fruit by hand, we get a low yielding, concentrated expression, all tropical fruit with nutty confuences and creamy lushness. It’s not unlike a good Chardonnay, yet completely different and the more exciting for it.
