Made by the Boiron family at Domaine Bosquet des Papes in Chateauneuf du Pape, from 3 hectares of Cotes du Rhone vineyard the family has held alongside their Chateauneuf holdings since 1995. Deep, sustained red colour with delicate aromatic notes, structured yet supple tannins, well balanced enough to drink young but with real ageing potential too. The wine ferments in temperature controlled concrete vats before six to eight months ageing in foudres and demi-muids, the same wood the estate uses for its Chateauneuf du Pape, giving this entry point wine a family resemblance to its bigger siblings.
