This is a skin contact Pinot Gris macerated for 3.5 weeks in before pressing to Tinajas (amphorae). The time on skins imparts the amber orange colour. The wine is medium bodied, with pear, rock melon and subtle ginger spice notes. Made to be approachable to all and a pleasure to pair with so many different food types, from fish to charcuterie as well as spicy Asian inspired dishes.
