12.3 was distilled using 2.3, this was distilled using concerto barley from Octomore farm that was malted to 118.1 ppm. Matured in 1st fill bourbon barrels with the a quarter of barrels matured in 1st fill PX sherry butts. On the nose there is dark chocolate raisins, tobacco and porridge translating to a more complex black tea, smoked lemons and peat taste.
