This sparkling wine is made with the traditional method and is created with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, with its yeasts developing an intense fruity and mineral bouquet. In the mouth it is powerful and pleasant, with a fresh and complex finish.
