Created in collaboration with Archie Rose co-owner Chris Hemsworth, this Single Malt Whisky is made from local heirloom and aromatic roasted barley malts grown in Australia. It is aged in Australian fortified wine (apera) casks, as well as European and American oak casks in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Luscious and balanced, it delivers notes of slow-roasted pecans, tropical fruit, and homemade toffee.
