Created in collaboration with Archie Rose co-owner Chris Hemsworth, our Straight Rye Malt Whisky is made from the highest quality Australian Heritage, Vampire and historic Bevy rye malts grown in Australia in rich red ochre earth. It is aged in air-dried and charred virgin American oak casks for at least three years in the maritime air of Sydney. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of candied almonds, tropical fruit and nutmeg spice.
