Entropy Single Malt

Entropy, an abstract Single Malt whisky crafted by Old Kempton Distillery and overseen by John Ibrahim and Bill Lark, features a polished mahogany hue. Initially aged in Tawny and Apera casks and finished in Rutherglen Tokay, Muscat, and Muscadelle casks, it boasts decadent notes of rhubarb crumble, marmalade, and maple syrup. A Gold medallist at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Entropy is an accomplished and complex Tasmanian whisky.
