Made exclusively with Mazuelo variety. Right after reception in the cellar, grapes are de-stemmed and the juice separated from the skins to extract the essence of the purest grape juice. This is then fermented in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 10 degrees, avoiding malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is left in contact with its lees for 40 days adding density. The wine is light pink in color, full of life and elegance. Fruity and fresh with an amazing complexity.
