Spumante Extra Brut

This is traditionally made sparkling wine, made from Pinot Nero (100% Pinot Noir) from the Village of Casteggio and crafted in Piedmont by the Giacosa family. No malo and aged 25 months on the lees, then bottled Extra Brut at 4.5g/L dosage. Straw colored with fine mousse. The nose presents floral aromas with complex and rich notes of almond and brioche. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fragrant and balanced. One of the finest sparkling wines of Italy.
