A rare blend of all seven historic Champagne grapes from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet in Les Riceys, with each variety vinified separately, aged three years on lees and finished with zero dosage. Fresh and candied yellow and white fruits mingle with exotic fruit, citrus, dried flowers and a hint of sweet spice. The palate is rich and persistent, with a rounded texture, warm minerality and a beautifully balanced, salivating finish. Lovely with porcini risotto or roast poultry with citrus, and will cellar for around 20 years.
