A single parcel Pinot Noir from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet in Les Riceys, grown on north facing, fossil rich limestone that lends real minerality and salinity. Aged around four years on lees with just one gram of dosage, it shows fine floral notes of lily alongside a touch of lime. The palate is elegant and vibrant, with intense minerality, great verticality and a long, salivating finish. Lovely as an aperitif or with a seafood parmentier, and will cellar for up to 10 years.
