Typically known for their Champagne, the Moutard family has held land in Burgundy since 2004. This comes from a single parcel about 1.5 hectares in size, and the wine shows beautiful notes of tropical fruit, peaches, lemon citrus, and a touch of creaminess from the dosage. Fresh energetic, the bubbles are not overly aggressive and dance across the palate.
