Bright yellow with great intensity. Mineral and broom notes with curry, yellow pepper and candied citrus, honey and beeswax, lifted by vanilla from the new oak. Flint, roasted apple and soft spice on the palate, with bitter chicory and white truffle notes and a long finish. Fermented and aged 12 months in new French oak from a small single vineyard with vines over 80 years old.
