Vouvray La Levriere

La Levrire is an old-vine parcel traditionally reserved for Bourillon Dorlans sweet Vouvray. In 2024, however, the conditions did not suit the production of a Moelleux, so the domaine took the parcel in a completely different direction and made it dry.It is a rare interpretation of La Levrire, showing the concentration and character of these old Chenin Blanc vines without the sweetness normally associated with the site. The wine was aged for around six months in oak barrels, bringing additional texture and complexity while allowing the character of the old-vine fruit and terroir to come through.
