A blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay and Aligote from clay and limestone vineyards across Burgundy, aged for 18 months on lees. The nose offers white fruits such as pear and apple with a fine mineral edge. The palate opens fresh and lively before broadening into a rich, full texture, with gentle white fruit sweetness balanced by a clean, chalky finish. A lovely aperitif, and equally good alongside oysters, gougeres or soft cheeses.
