Masters Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit is drawn from a number of Barossa sub-regions, low yielding old vines, for the best expression of Barossa Cabernet each vintage. Dense, vibrant purple hue, with lifted blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate over a youthful, ripe dark plum spectrum. Full bodied, with mouth coating tannins, dusty French oak and a beautiful acid core. Grapes are harvested in the morning with a steady two week ferment on skins, individual batches pressed and matured separately before blending and a further 18 months in French oak hogsheads, 40% new.
