A delightfully perfumed variety, packed with crushed wild strawberries. This is a variety that needs to be grown in a warm place to fully mature. With low levels of natural acidity, a breeze (or similar moderating influence) is super helpful to keep the wines fresh and lively. Tannins are also on the lower end of the scale. Layers of textured fine tannins that are gorgeous.
