VSOP Aged In Red Barrels (700ml)
When a barrel is called ‘red’ – reddish colour of aged wood – it means it has reached the perfect stage of maturation for both the wood and the eaux-de-vie, allowing for an ideally balanced exchange between the two. The time spent ageing in a barrel infuses it with complex aromas along with notes of caramelised dried fruits and prunes. This tone adds a number of rich qualities to a cocktail.
