Part of Bibi Graetzs Balocchi series, this is a single varietal Merlot from the Podere dellOlmo vineyard, with a label drawn from Bibis own artwork. The nose shows ripe plum, black cherry and mulberry with hints of cocoa and dried herbs. The palate is supple and generous, with soft rounded tannins, juicy dark fruit and a gentle savoury finish. Enjoy with roast duck, mushroom risotto or slow cooked beef ragu.
