A delicate colour evoking Belvedere roses, with the freshness of a white wine in the mouth, marked acidity and a finish of wild strawberries that carries through from the nose. Blended from Barbera, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Roddi, the wine rests on its fine lees after a ten day fermentation and is aged entirely in stainless steel, no oak at all, to keep it as fresh and true to its fruit as possible.
