A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, named after Angeline Lassalle this wine is only made in exceptional years. The first vintage was created in 1973 by Jules Lassalle and launched in 1978, the same year as the birth of his granddaughter. A total of 6,000 bottles produced, 8gm/l dosage. The boldest style from Lassalle, an exceptional food wine.
