Perpetual Reserve Rose

A rose expression of the Perpetual Reserve, built by adding a touch of the estate's own Ay Grand Cru red wine to the same solera base, giving it a genuine terroir identity rather than a simple blend. The complexity and fruit of the Perpetual Reserve intertwines with orange blossom, red fruit, white peach and pink grapefruit, a floral bouquet of peony and rose, autolytic depth and a touch of chalk, closing with flashes of bitter minerality. Aged a minimum of three years on lees, in keeping with the rest of the Perpetual Reserve range.
