A fresh take on Pinot Blanc from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet in Les Riceys, blended with Chardonnay grown on Kimmeridgian limestone and aged at least three years on lees. Mango, plum and lime meet honeysuckle, citrus, fresh almond and sweet spice. The palate is smooth and structured, with a gentle bitter edge and a long saline finish. Lovely with oysters, scallop carpaccio, ceviche or lobster, and will cellar for up to 10 years.
