Blanc De Blancs

Made entirely from Chardonnay, Perrier-Jouet Blanc de Blancs combines finesse and elegance with energy and liveliness. Its rich aromas and freshness are the result of precise blending. To produce it, Severine Frerson selects Chardonnays from several of the finest crus in the region, from the famous villages of Cramant, Avize and Chouilly on the Cte des Blancs, as well as Trepail and Villers-Marmery to the north of the Montagne de Reims and the regions of Sezannais and Vitryat. The wines are then blended with a small proportion of reserve wines, also made from 100% Chardonnay, to guarantee absolute consistency. Perrier-Jouet Blanc de Blancs pays tribute to the Houses signature grape variety. This complex, harmonious champagne reveals the rich nuances of Chardonnay while preserving its delicate floral structure.
