Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc (5%) and Petit Verdot (5%). Hand-picked, the grapes are sorted on the vine and before and after destemming. Fermentation lasts an average of 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged for 15 to 18 months in Bordeaux barrels, 40% of which are new.
