This cuvee is made from 100% Chardonnay harvested on a plot called "Champ Persin" in the town of Buxeuil. Fine bubble, a delicate nose marked by floral, fruity and mineral notes. On the palate, it shows nice sapidity and great persistence with a full and mineral finish enhanced by a powerful and elegant proposal with notes of lemon and grapefruit.
