A mild, dry winter preceded heat waves in the spring, with temperatures rising throughout the season. Thunderstorms occurred during the transition from spring to summer. The limestone soils were conducive to water conservation on the plateau, despite a summer marked by drought and intense heat. Balanced, the palate is characterised by a fruity structure, with grapefruit aromas mixed with cherry notes. The texture is full and silky, with a long finish.
