Smooth and creamy on the palate, with a spiced thread of clove and pepper and a fresh, balanced finish. From a flint and limestone parcel suited to late harvest and botrytis, vinified 70% steel and 30% oak. Good with foie gras, strong cheeses or fruit desserts.
