Straw yellow with intense golden hues. Soft spice, clove and black pepper with honey, rapeseed and coriander. Wide and voluptuous on the palate, jammy white fruit and candied citrus, with a fresh, aniseed edge on the finish. Vinified in stainless steel from the single vineyard of the same name. Good with fish, white meat, Asian cuisine, charcuterie or cheese.
