It is borne out of a tiny, single and incredibly unique Zibibbo cru with majestic vines of 100-120 years of age in the heart of Sicily Pantelleria island. The grapes are farmed biodynamically and see a prolonged skin contact in amphora during spontaneous fermentation. Apricots, mountain herbs and sea salt to make you dream of the Pantelleria countryside. Carnal spirit and erudite flesh burst through with ripe mango, lemon blossom and bitter almonds, along with chutney of papaya, lemongrass and red curry.
