Pale golden yellow with light greenish glints, bright and limpid. Like a ray of sunshine carrying a multitude of summer scents, with finesse, grace and maturity expressed with real charm. A perfect balance of class and elegance, vivacity and mellowness in the mouth, rich with a solid, ripe, full yet delicate structure, and a finish that is long, silky, harmonious and refined. Vines are 30 to 40 years old on south to south east facing Kimmeridgian limestone, and this is the one wine in the range aged in temperature controlled wood tanks rather than steel, built to drink at three to four years and beyond depending on the vintage.
