Domaine Seguinot Bordet Chablis Vielles Vignes 2023

Domaine Seguinot Bordet
Chablis Vielles Vignes

Pale golden yellow with light greenish glints, bright and limpid. Full, expressive and fresh on the nose, with sparkling yellows and shining gold reflecting real ripeness, white flowers in full bloom and sun ripened fruit. Powerful, rich, charming and elegant in the mouth, a combination of powerful mellowness and tender vivacity, with leafy freshness and discreet florals lifting pretty fruit and vanilla notes. The finish is long and resolutely mineral. Fruit is drawn from vines 40 to 60 years old on south to south east facing Kimmeridgian limestone, tank aged rather than in oak, built to drink young or hold three to four years for the freshness of its aromas.
