Cote de Lechet sits on the left bank of the Serein, its vines overlooking the village of Milly and facing directly onto the Grand Cru slopes, south and east facing on Kimmeridgian limestone rich in fossil oyster shells, the source of the appellation's signature minerality. A refined, textural palate, buttery yet light, with white and exotic fruit flavours. An airy, floral, mineral Chablis, delicate and harmonious. Fermented 100% in foudre with a long lees ageing. Good with crudites, terrines and foie gras, cured ham, pate en croute, seafood or cheese.
