A classic Burgundian Pinot Noir produced from 25 year old vines grown in the village of Tonnerre 10 miles from Chablis. Excellent balance, good acidity, and grippy tannins. A palate of wild cherries strawberries with a hint of white pepper and an earthy-mineral core.
