60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Meunier. Though similar in blend to the 2014, the vintage characters (a cooler vintage) tend this wine to show more red fruits. Very tightly structured theres a wonderful spun sugar note on the palate and incredible drive and focus. An exceptional sparkling wine.
