This wine showcases the classic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics in a subtle light. Passionfruit, blackcurrant and tropical fruits sit beside a herbal, nutty edge. This Sauvignon is a textural example with weight, tension, phenolic drive and a big burst of flavour. Direct pressed Sauvignon Blanc aged in a mixture of old puncheons and barriques for 4 months before being blended and aged for 7 months in a stainless steel tank.
