The Barossan Shiraz

The 2023 is rich and expressive, showcasing vibrant fruit, depth and balance from a cooler, later-ripening vintage. Deep crimson in colour with garnet hues, opening with lifted aromas of cassis and subtle black olive. The palate is plush and full flavoured, layered with ripe mulberry and blueberry fruit alongside savoury herbal and cigar-box characters from carefully selected French oak. Fine, supple tannins and balanced oak maturation give a smooth, generous wine with a long, fruit-driven finish. Matured 15 months in a combination of American and French oak hogsheads.
