A grower Champagne from the Bergere family's vineyards in the Vallee du Petit Morin, farmed by the family since 1848, a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier based on the 2021 vintage with reserve wines and a 4g/l dosage. Radiant hue with fine, persistent bubbles. Delicate notes of white peach and nectarine typical of the Petit Morin terroir, with brioche and toasted almond. Creamy and well structured on entry, followed by lovely liveliness and intense freshness through to a long, mineral driven finish.
