A core of blackcurrant, bramble and dark cherry unfolds into plum, forest floor and spice, wrapped in a plush, silky palate. Premium parcels of Pinot Noir grapes are handharvested from single vineyard sites across the iconic Central Otago region of New Zealand. These Lone Parcels are fermented in small batches in open topped tanks, hand plunged prior to pressing and maturation in 100 % French oak barriques. Blended to create a Pinot Noir, quintessentially Central Otago, succulent and savoury, playful and polished.
